104,636 SP-1 ADOPTED The millage resolution for 2003-04 for a total of 9,100 mills. 104,637 SP-2 ADOPTED The 2003-2004 Annual Budget, tentatively, which consists of the budget approved for advertising on July 9, 2003, as adjusted for recommended changes included in Attachment A, and including any amendments approved by the Board following the public hearing on July 23, 2003; and, approved the School Allocation Plans for K-12 and Adult Centers for 2003-04. 104,638 SP-3 APPROVEDThe polices and procedures and approved the use of District Discretionary Lottery Funds appropriated by the Legislature to fund project and programs enumerated, as delineated in the Official Agenda. 104,639 SP-4 DENIED The request to establish a District Strategic Planning Council, composed of District, ACCESS Center, and school site personnel as well as representatives from parent, business, and community stakeholder groups. 104,640 ----- RECONSIDERED* The recommendation on a 5-4 vote, to establish a District Strategic Planning Council, composed of District, ACCESS Center, and school site personnel as well as representatives from parent, business, and community stakeholder groups. * The Board voted 5-4 to approve this recommendation.
