RECOMMENDED: That The School Board of Miami-Dade County, Florida: . 1. Tentatively adopt the 2002-03 Annual Budget, which consists of the budget approved for advertising on July 10, 2002, as adjusted for recommended changes included in Attachment A, and including any amendments approved by the Board following the public hearing on July 24, 2002; and AGENDA ITEMS REPLACED AFTER PUBLICATION OF THE AGENDA: SP-1 TENTATIVE ADOPTION OF 2002-03 MILLAGE LEVY RESOLUTION FOR Florida Statutes prescribe that no millage shall be levied until a resolution or ordinance has been approved by the governing body of the taxing authority, which resolution must be approved by said taxing authority according to the following procedures: RECOMMENDED: That The School Board of Miami-Dade County, Florida, tentatively adopt the millage resolution for 2002-03 for a total of 9.252 mills.
