School Board Administration Building PURPOSE: To discuss and consider the State's Differentiated Accountability Model Decision Plans for Intervene Schools. There may be action by the Board on other items such as Personnel, Finance, and other programs. This Special Meeting conducted by The School Board of Miami-Dade County, Florida, is provided in accordance with Section 1001.372, Florida Statutes. An agenda will be available by 11:00 a.m., on Wednesday, November 12, 2008. A citizen wishing to speak to the agenda should submit a written request to the Superintendent of Schools, Room 158, 1450 N.E. Second Avenue, Miami, Florida 33132, by noon on Thursday, November 13, 2008. For further information, telephone Citizen Information Center 305-995-1128. The School Board of Miami-Dade County, Florida, seeks public input and participation. However, the public purpose is not served when citizens become disorderly or disrupt the meeting. Accordingly, the Chair may order the removal from any School Board meeting of any person interfering with the expeditious or orderly process of the meeting provided the Chair has first issued a warning that continued interference with the orderly processes of the meeting will result in removal. Any law enforcement authority or a sergeant-at-arms designated by Chair shall remove any person ordered removed pursuant to this section §1001.372 (3), Fla.Stat.
