THE SCHOOL BOARD OF DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA 1450 Northeast Second Avenue Miami, Florida 33132 1111,847 SP-1 AGREED Upon an hourly rate of $350 and a contract amount not to exceed $25,000; received the Special Counsel’s opinion(s) and recommendations; and agreed upon a course of action that will lead to an amicable resolution of this matter, as follows: The Special Counsel will mediate with the Superintendent’s attorney and come back to the Board with a follow-up/resolution at the September 10, 2008 School Board meeting. The Board Chair will ensure availability of the Superintendent and his attorney for mediation on September 9, 2008. The Special Counsel will come back to the September 10, 2008 School Board meeting with an update regarding School Board Attorney JulieAnn Rico’s contract.
